With muscular proportions and massive power, the 2020 BMW M8 is a bully among boulevard cruisers. Every version of the M8 boasts a mighty twin-turbo V-8 that pairs with a specialized all-wheel-drive system; it includes a rear-drive-only mode that’s perfect for hanging the tail out. The M8 Competition model further maximizes performance with added horsepower, an enhanced chassis, and other bespoke bits. Despite its inherently aggressive demeanor, the M8 remains a pleasant daily driver. Its cabin is beautifully crafted and loaded with luxury features and desirable technology.
This model replaces the BMW M6, which was also offered as a coupe, convertible. Unlike the more affordable but less powerful BMW M850i, the M8 is made for those who desire the full monty when it comes to the company’s M division. That’s why we’d recommend the M8 Competition coupe, because it has the complete roster of go-fast goodies and is better suited to racetrack action than the convertible. Both versions are a serious investment, and those who have the means to buy either can likely afford to load up on the options. However, the M8 comes with a handsome amount of standard luxuries, so we’d be less spendy than most. Besides, the only remaining performance upgrade is the M Carbon Ceramic Brakes. These are built to better withstand track abuse, and BMW says that they reduce weight, so we’d add them to fully experience the car’s potential. We’d pass on the various driver-assistance packages as well as the handful of other options.
Interior, Comfort, and Cargo
As with most BMW M cars, the M8’s interior design and passenger space are virtually identical to the regular models’. Although the design doesn’t strike us as very imaginative, the leather surfaces are beautifully stitched together and the trim pieces are appropriately upscale. Every M8 comes standard with luxurious features that include customizable ambient lighting, a 12.1-inch digital gauge cluster, heated and ventilated front seats, a Nappa leather-covered dashboard, a power-adjustable steering wheel, and wireless charging. Its cabin provides plenty of space for front-seat passengers but makes those banished to the small back seat feel like second-class citizens. Those who want an M8 and need to regularly shuttle more than two people will want to consider the much roomier, four-door M8 Gran Coupe. We managed to fit five carry-on suitcases in the trunk of a regular 8-series coupe, so we expect the M8 to provide the same amount of storage.
Infotainment and Connectivity
Nestled in the middle of the dashboard on every M8 is a 10.25-inch touchscreen that acts as the hub of BMW’s iDrive 7.0 infotainment system. The main display is complemented by a rotary controller and physical buttons on the center console. The interface features crisp graphics and quick responses, but some of the menus are heavily packed and require the driver to take their eyes off the road. Still, the system’s voice commands worked well, and it can even be optioned with gesture controls. Desirable standard features include Apple CarPlay (but not Android Auto), a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, and a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system.
2019 BMW M3 at Tint Magic Window Tinting Coral Springs. We are located at 11344 Wiles Road Coral Springs Fl 33076. We have installed Suntek CXP 25% all over around for the best clarity and heat protection. Visit us at www.tintmagic.net for more images.
The M3 is a legend in the world of performance cars, causing enthusiasts to gush over its visceral engines and razor-sharp handling. That legend, by the way, started all the way back in 1986 when the first M3—a performance edition of the similarly beloved E30 3-series—hit the scene.
Under the hood is a twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six that makes 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque; it makes glorious sounds all the way to its 7500-rpm redline. For more power, the Competition package offers 444 ponies. A six-speed manual is standard and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic is optional.
Interior and Technology
The interior layout is identical to the standard 3-series sedan and materials are largely the same as well. It’s a driver-focused cabin with primary controls all within reach of the driver, but its layer of sportier carbon-fiber trim (metal and wood are also offered) and sport seats don’t feel special enough considering the M3’s performance potential and starting price. An infotainment display sprouts from the top of the dashboard and is controlled by a rotary knob on the center console.
BMW offers several driver-assistance features on the M3, including automated emergency braking, lane-departure warning, and automatic high-beam headlamps, but none are standard fare.
Porsche 911 at Tint Magic Window Tinting Coral Springs. Call us for the best quality service! (954) 840-7883. We are located at 11344 Wiles Road Coral Springs Fl 33076. We use Suntek and LLumar window films made in USA. Tint Magic Window Tinting offer computer cut window tinting and paint protection film.
The Porsche 911 has preserved the essential elements that made it an icon. Its familiar circular headlights, Coke bottle shape, and sloping rump make it virtually impossible to mistake a 911 for any other sports car. Climb into its perfectly positioned driver’s seat, fire up its powerful and unique-sounding engine, and engage either of its terrific transmissions. Porsche hasn’t said how much each model will cost or when the 2021 911 lineup will go on sale. But based on the few minor changes and our experience with the current model-year cars, we can still confidently recommend the Carrera 4S. The S version’s increased output nets 64 more horses than the standard Carrera, and we’d be happy with either the engaging manual transmission or the snappier PDK dual-clutch automatic. Those who want to enjoy their 911 year-round but have to deal with the slippery conditions associated with winter weather—like us—will appreciate the 4S’s all-wheel-drive system. Unfortunately, it’s a substantial upcharge and no longer brings wider rear fenders, which now appear on all versions. Porsche is known for its à la carte approach to options, which is both a blessing and a curse, because it allows a lot of personalization but can quickly inflate the already-rich bottom line. We’d spring for the Sport Chrono package that adds launch control, additional drive modes, and more. The Sport Seats Plus provide more supportive front buckets, and the Sport package adds desirable performance hardware, specifically a lowered suspension and a louder exhaust system. Our selection of upgrades would conclude with ventilated front-seat cushions, passive entry, heated, multifunction GT steering wheel, and Porsche’s Dynamic Light System Plus that features automatic high-beams and headlights that swivel in the direction the front tires are pointed.

Mercedes Benz S560:
The S560 and S650’s key difference lies with the engine that lives under their imperious hoods. Of the two, the S560 has fewer horses, but there’s more than enough power available, so this is the model we’d recommend for most buyers. Twenty-inch multispoke wheels with silver accents connect the S560 to the pavement, and a huge panoramic sunroof extends over the front and rear seats. Adaptive projector-beam LED headlights brighten the path ahead. The list of standard exterior features also includes rear fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, heated power-folding side mirrors, and LED taillights. Within the cabin, you’ll find heated and ventilated front seats with a massaging feature, along with a Wi-Fi hotspot, keyless entry and ignition, and a heated steering wheel. If you’re using the S560 as chauffeured transportation, the well-equipped rear seat will be a big draw. This car’s second row is heated and ventilated, and it reclines for optimum comfort. It also comes standard with massaging lumbar support, power side-bolster support, and leg rests.
With the 2020 Mercedes-Maybach S560, EPA-rated fuel economy comes in at 16/25 mpg city/highway. The S650 is rated at 13/21 mpg. These cars are a lot less fuel efficient that the Benz S-class; that model achieves mileage of up to 19/28 mpg. Still, the S560 and S650 get better fuel economy than the Rolls-Royce Phantom which comes in at 12/20 mpg. During our time with an S560, we observed overall mileage of 18 mpg.
With both the S560 and S650, you get a cabin that drips with opulence. Luscious leathers and gleaming woods are used throughout, and the interior design is sleek and stylish. These cars have a longer wheelbase than the Benz S-class, and this translates to more legroom for rear-seat passengers. While the S-class provides 34.1 inches of legroom in the back, the S560 and S650 bump this up to a generous 40 inches. The rear compartment comes standard with seats that can heat, ventilate, and massage. Adding the Executive Rear Seat Plus package brings in two folding tables for the rear seats, along with heated and cooled cupholders. This roomier, enhanced rear seat is the main feature justifying the S560 and S650’s price premium versus the S-class. Unless you’re planning on letting a chauffeur take the wheel, we’d recommend sticking with the Mercedes S-class sedan. Somewhat surprisingly, the S560 and S650 are light on cargo space. There’s just 12.3 cubic feet of room in the trunk. With the Rolls-Royce Phantom, you get a trunk with 19 cubic feet of cargo capacity.
As opposed to hand-cutting window film, Computer Cut Window Tinting requires the use of special software and a plotter. The installer will set up the plotter to cut the material for the exact make and model of the vehicle. Once the material has been computer-cut, the technician will install the material with the use of a squeegee and heat gun and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit. Tint Magic use Suntek and LLumar window film made in USA and examples of computer cut window tinting.
Benefits of Computer-Cut Window Tinting:
- Save Time – Hand-cutting window film is a tedious and time-consuming process. While the plotter is cutting the film, you can be cleaning the windows.
- Consistency – With the use of a computer cut template, you can be sure that the window film will be an exact fit every time.
- Safety – Since there is no cutting happening on the glass, there is less risk of damaging the customer’s windows and window trim.
- Save Material – The software and plotter maximize the use of your window tint, meaning wasting less material and saving money.
The greatest amount of material savings is achieved when the templates are cut off the plotter. Computer Cut allows a window to be cut at the exact edge of a window. Hand cutting of the film does not allow for this so even when an installer is trying to minimize the amount of material used, there is always at least about 2″ of film waste per side of the window. This amounts to over 3 sq. ft. per vehicle. If an owner does not watch the way an employee/ installer cuts the film this waste can be considerable and possibly double the square footage per car. Other savings can be achieved from the use of tools. Since computer cut almost totally eliminates hand cutting, it drastically reduces the number of Olfa blades an installer uses.
